Condition: Returned decks must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges: If you receive a defective or incorrect deck, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement. We will cover shipping costs for the exchange.
